What happens if I stop paying
Five answers, written down in public so they can be held against us.
- Your files are yours.
- Every tune, config, and log is a file on your own computer. We never hold them and we never delete them. Nothing you've made stops existing because you stopped paying us.
- You keep read-only access forever.
- When a subscription ends, Fullsend Tuner Toolkit switches to read-only. You can open any config, view every map, scroll through your logs, and save work you have open. You can't edit maps, run smart fill, interpolate, smooth, or export until you resubscribe. We think locking you out of your own work would be indefensible, so we don't.
- No cancellation fee, no minimum term, no phone call.
- Cancel from your account in one click. You keep full access through the period you've already paid for.
- It works offline.
- The app checks in once a day when it can, but runs normally for up to 44 days without any connection. Dyno bays and drag strips don't have wifi.
- Your license key doesn't expire.
- Come back next season and the same key still works.
Every claim on this page is enforced by the licensing protocol, not by policy. Read-only mode is what the app does when its licence token has expired, and the 44 days is the token lifetime plus its grace window — not a promise somebody in support can decide to break. If any of it stops being true, this page and the protocol change together.
