Your tunes and datalogs never leave your computer
Fullsend Tuner Toolkit reads and writes files on your own disk. Configs, workspaces, datalogs and tunes are not uploaded, not synced, and not backed up by us. We have no copy of them, which means we cannot lose them, hand them over, or hold them hostage.
The application talks to our servers for one purpose: checking that your licence is current. That exchange carries your licence key, a machine identifier, and the application version. It does not carry your work.
Who we are
[legal entity — not yet set], trading as Guhl Motors, is the data controller for the information described here. We are established in [jurisdiction — not yet set] at [registered address — not yet set].

What we collect, and why each item exists
- Your email address
- To sign you in and to send the six billing emails described in our terms: trial start, a reminder three days before the first charge, receipts, a failed-payment notice, and a cancellation confirmation.
- Lawful basis: Necessary to perform our contract with you.
- A machine identifier for each activated seat
- A seat is one machine. To hold you to the number of machines you paid for, the application derives a stable identifier from the computer it is installed on and sends it when activating. We store it against your licence alongside a machine name you choose and the date it was last seen, so that your account can show you which machines are using seats and let you release one.
- Lawful basis: Necessary to perform our contract with you — without it, seat limits cannot be enforced and you could not release a seat from a computer that has died.
- Application version, at activation and refresh
- To tell you which machine is running an old build when something behaves differently between two of your computers, and to know which versions are still in the field before we change anything they depend on.
- Lawful basis: Our legitimate interest in supporting and maintaining the software.
- A record of when your licence key was shown or replaced
- Your key is visible in your account. Every time it is revealed or reissued we write down when, so that if it turns up somewhere you did not put it, there is a history to look at. This protects you rather than us.
- Lawful basis: Our legitimate interest in the security of your account.
- Your subscription status
- Which plan you are on, how many seats it includes, whether it is in trial, active, past due or cancelled, and when the current period ends. This comes from our payment provider, not from your card.
- Lawful basis: Necessary to perform our contract with you.
What we deliberately do not collect
We do not collect your card details — see the payments section below. We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site, and there is no cookie-consent banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond the sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not build a profile of you and there is no automated decision-making of any kind.
The application does not report what you tune, whose engines you work on, how often you use it, or which features you use.
Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle, which is the merchant of record for every sale. That means Paddle — not us — takes your card details, and we never see or store them. What we receive back is your email address, your subscription status, and the seat quantity you bought.
Paddle is an independent controller of the payment data it holds, under its own privacy policy.
Who else touches your data
Our servers run on Cloudflare, which stores the database, the sign-in sessions and the release downloads. Our transactional email is sent through Resend. Both act on our instructions and neither uses your data for anything of its own.
That is the entire list. We do not sell or share personal information with anyone.
How long we keep it
Your account and licence records are kept while your subscription is live, and for as long afterwards as we need them to answer a billing question or honour the read-only access described in our lapse policy. Released seats are marked as released rather than erased, so that a seat count has a history. Ask us to delete an account and we will, subject to the records our payment provider requires us to retain for tax.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing it. If you are in the UK or the EU those rights come from the UK GDPR and the GDPR; in California, from the CCPA as amended. We apply them to everyone regardless of where you live, because operating two standards would mean deciding which customers deserve the better one.
Write to [privacy contact — not yet set]. We will not ask you why. If we get it wrong you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will change this page and date it. If a change is material we will email you before it takes effect rather than relying on you to notice.
